Hive - Idea Hub
Overview
Hive is a CIBC internal initiative to promote employees to contribute ideas that solve challenges that the bank faces, ranging from digital only ideas to physical workplace modifications. Hive motivates employees by awarding them badges for their submitted and promoted ideas.
OUR PROBLEM STATEMENT
We wanted to ensure that the Hive platform is easy to navigate for all CIBC employee, so they could successful browse different challenges and submit ideas to those challenges.
DELIVERABLES
Visual design proposals for all the sections of the Hive platform, Navigation and overall experience recommendations.
MY ROLE
Tasked with revamping their existing platform with a visual refresh and looking at how their current experience can be improved. Working with a thrird party platform vendor as well the internal CIBC team to deliver a optimal experience and facelift.
